Ekaterina Irtikeeva has had the privilege of working in a managerial capacity for 28 years. She is the founder of Sagrada Group and previously held the position of head of the Host City Directorate for the 2018 FIFA World Cup. She is a member of the Association of Professional Directors IDA and a member of the jury for the international award for customer service, CX WORLD AWARDS. She is also a resident and expert of the Club of the First (Sber) on organizational development and corporate culture.
