Eleonor Marcussen is a Postdoctoral Fellow in History at the Department of Cultural Sciences and LNU Centre for Concurrences in Colonial and Postcolonial Studies, Linnaeus University, Sweden. Her research interests include humanitarianism, historical disasters, governance and infrastructure.
