Autorenporträt
Elizabeth Mannion is the co-editor of Guilt Rules All: Irish Mystery, Detective, and Crime Fiction; editor of The Contemporary Irish Detective Novel; and the author of The Urban Plays of the Early Abbey Theatre. She teaches at Baruch College, CUNY. Her research crosses a range of genres. Ann Matsuuchi is an instructional technology librarian at LaGuardia Community College, CUNY. Writing projects include essays on: Samuel R. Delany's comic book/graphic novels, filmmaker Melvin Van Peebles, and teaching Octavia E. Butler with Wikipedia for MLA's Teaching Octavia Butler . Lavelle Porter is the author of The Blackademic Life: Academic Fiction, Higher Education, and the Black Intellectual. He is a graduate of Morehouse College and The Graduate Center, CUNY. He has taught at multiple colleges in the CUNY system, and is currently Distinguished Lecturer at Macaulay Honors College, CUNY. Kenny Roggenkamp is a PhD Candidate in Binghamton University's Department of English. His specialties include literary and critical theory, psychoanalysis, and Christian mysticism.
