Author's Biography Ella Holman began her career, dishing up nutrition in a nursing home as a Tray Girl. After graduating she worked at several hospitals then she transitioned to the New York Public Schools System in the School Food Services Department as a Manager. Ella and her family moved from New York to Springfield, Massachusetts. She progressed in her career to the Assistant Food Service Director for the Springfield Public Schools. She took great pleasure in teaching children in the classroom about Nutrition. While conducting Nutrition workshops she developed this book. Artist Biography Sherry Stephenson Williams is a Contemporary painter and Art Teacher. She received a BFA Degree from North Carolina Central University in Durham N.C. and Teacher Certification from Columbia College in Columbia, S.C. She has participated in many group shows and has worked as a Professional Artist and Teacher for many years. Her illustrations and paintings are created using watercolors, acrylics and oil paints. Her signature works consist of bright, earthy colors and images that explore the relationship between nature, her beliefs and culture. She currently resides in Greensboro, N.C.
