She took great pleasure in teaching children in the classroom about Nutrition. While conducting Nutrition workshops she developed this book. Artist Biography Sherry Stephenson Williams is a Contemporary painter and Art Teacher. She received a BFA Degree from North Carolina Central University in Durham N.C. and Teacher Certification from Columbia College in Columbia, S.C. She has participated in many group shows and has worked as a Professional Artist and Teacher for many years. Her illustrations and paintings are created using watercolors, acrylics and oil paints. Her signature works consist of bright, earthy colors and images that explore the relationship between nature, her beliefs and culture. She currently resides in Greensboro, N.C.
