Autorenporträt
B.Sc MVPH M.Si: studied animal product technology from Bogor Agricultural University (BAU), Indonesia. He holds two master degrees from BAU and from join master program between Chiang Mai Univ. and Freie Univ. Berlin. His main research interests are in milk microbiology and biochemistry. He works at BAU and now stays in Japan for his PhD study.
