Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ömür DEVEC¿ obtained his PhD Atatürk University in 2010. He worked at Kafkas Univesity and Atatürk University. At this time, he works at Kafkas Univesity. Area of interest: Abstract Algebra, Linear algebra and Number Theory.
