This book was written by Kevin Shores, Erin Shores Dietz, Dorene Abels Shores, and Haley Shores. We lived the story you're about to read. It's raw and real. Kevin was born in Northwestern Illinois, but due to his Dad's roofing business, grew up in southern California. He is a retired Manufacturing Manager, and now enjoys raising show pigeons. Erin was born and raised in Northwestern Illinois, and still lives there to this day. She is currently a Training Specialist, and enjoys pens, stickers, writing letters, and knitting scarves. Dorene was born in Northwestern Illinois, and recently retired from the USDA after 39 years of service. She is a pillar of strength and the family Matriarch. Haley was born in Northwestern Illinois, and now lives in Southern Wisconsin. She is a Systems Validation Analyst who enjoys showcasing her musical talent and her cats and dog.
