Erma Jean Woodis is a world-traveled artist and winner of numerous juried art shows. Her art is on display throughout Florida in public buildings as well as private homes. She has enjoyed working with clients and designers from all over the world to create the perfect artwork for their home or office. With formal art studies from outstanding private instructors, she has continually enhanced her skills and built a strong foundation for her passion to paint.This prolific artist works in oil, watercolor, and acrylic, to create not only conventional size paintings but also murals and mosaics. She paints on a variety of surfaces including metal, wood, and walls, as well as canvas and watercolor paper.Noted for realism, her work encompasses a wide range of subject matter: portraits, landscapes, animals, still life, and abstract. She shares her gifts with individuals or groups through workshops, classes, and speaking engagements.Erma camouflages the word love within each painting and challenges the viewers to locate "Love" in her artwork. Her commitment to her faith and helping make the world she touches a more beautiful place is unwavering. Her art studio and gallery are located in Williamsport, Pennsylvania where she lives with her husband, as she continues to paint and bloom where she is planted.
