Autorenporträt
is a 27 year old Ugandan, currently the Director of Yo Voy a Ti Foundation Uganda. She has an undergraduate degree in Social Work and Social Administration from Makerere University and a Master of Science Degree in Development Management from the University of Agder. Esther is interested in ICT4D, research and development in Africa.
