Geoff Hayward is Professor of Education at the University of Cambridge, a Fellow of Pembroke College, and Research Fellow of the Bundesinstitut für Berufsbildung. Eugenia Katartzi is an Assistant Professor at Nottingham University with an expertise in sociology of education and psychosocial studies of childhood, youth and migration. Hubert Ertl is Vice President and Director of Research at Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training, Bonn and Professor of Vocational Education Research at the University of Paderborn. Michael Hoelscher is Professor of Higher Education and Research Management at the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer and Fellow at the German Research Institute for Public Administration.
