Mr. Evans Njewa is a climate change negotiator for Malawi and Least Developed Countries (LDCs) since 2005. He leads climate finance negotiations for the LDCs.Mr Njewa is a Board member for the LDCs in the Green Climate Fund.This publication is a second edition to the first edition published in 2011.
