Anneka Champion's early career included stints as an actor and a lawyer (BA LLB Hons University of Sydney). She is also an alumnus of NIDA in playwriting. Combining these diverse skills, Anneka worked for many years as a freelance writer in marketing and adult education, and as a facilitator in change management. Her vocation is to communicate complex ideas through simple, accessible narratives. She is especially passionate about providing children with the tools to thrive in today's complex social environment. Anneka lives in Sydney with her family which includes a much-loved whippet.
