Autorenporträt
An educator with 20 years of experience teaching Law and Justice and Popular Culture and the Law to 9-12th graders. Her dream is to become a true Renaissance woman; she has worked numerous jobs ranging from law enforcement, fire fighting, park ranger, educator, and young adult novelist. She has earned a Doctorate in English, enjoys writing science fiction for her teenage students, and bribes them with excerpts from her chapters in exchange for good behavior on days when she has a substitute. Her oldest son is a heavenly angel who inspires her to fulfill his and her bucket lists. Her youngest son gives her purpose and meaning, and her husband sits back and watches the fallout from her escapades while her beloved service dog Rosie joins her in the madness. When she is not teaching, coaching the Mock Trial team, or the Speech and Debate team, she is working on Do-It-Yourself projects to relieve steam and, of course, planning her next book.
