In this book, Dr. Fram responds to the art of Dylan in the form of poetry and song. He interrogates the imagination, lyrics and even cover-art of Bob Dylan in terms of the ancient practice of ekphrasis and locates his achievement in that tradition. The resulting work offers the reader an opportunity to engage with the artist in a fresh and interesting way.
