Cinnamaldehyde, a primary constituent found in cinnamon, and Hesperidin, a citrus bioflavonoid, exhibit biological and pharmacological properties such as anti-inflammatory, anti-carcinogenic, antioxidative, and lipid lowering activities in addition to that they able to normalize blood glucose.
