In the present study total genomic DNA was isolated from young leaves of several taxa in Chrysanhemum sensu lato (Asteraceae) as well as Eucalyptus tree as out group. Artemisia arborescens L., Art. judaica L. Achlliea fragrantissma (Forssk.) Sch. Bip, Ach. santolina L., Anacyclus monanthos (L.) Thell., Glebionis coronaria L. Cotula barbata DC., Cot. cinerea Del, Matricaria recutita L. and Mat. aurea (L.) Sch. Bip, by using the CTAB and SDS methods.RAPD, ISSR and RFLP molecular markers were used to study the genetics analysis and variation of ten species related to six genera. One hundred thirty one reproducible polymorphic bands were resulted after 15 RAPD-PCR primers; those bands were used for studying the genetics similarity among the species. The average similarity coefficient was ranged from 0 to 0.286,Eighteen reproducible polymorphic bands were resulted after four ISSR-PCR primers; those bands were used for studying genetics similarity. The average similarity coefficient was ranged from 0 to 0.25,Twenty six reproducible bands and 7 smears were after RFLP using EcoR I and BamH I that digested the total DNA and could detect the fragments length polymorphism among the specie
