Ms Faith Rakate is a researcher at the Human Sciences Research
Council;South Africa. She obtained her Master in Public
Administration at the University of Pretoria with Cum Laude in
2006.The title of her Masters dissertation is Transformation in
the South African Public Service: The case of service delivery
in the Department of Health .
