Fanelda was known by many for her strong faith in God, her sense of humor, and her famous meringue pies. Her love for God and her gift of creativity comes through in her writing, baking and her many different woodworking projects. Fanelda and her husband, Russell, have four children, 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, who all reside in western Iowa.
