Farhana Afrin was born on 1st April, 1987 in Bangladesh. She is currently serving as a Lecturer at Department of Business Administration of Northern University Bangladesh. She has done her BBA and MBA from the same University. Her research interest is in Management, Human Resources Management,Industrial Relations, etc.
