Autorenporträt
Nufazil Altaf is currently working as Assistant Professor in School of Business Studies, Central University of Kashmir, India. His main research interests focus on corporate finance particularly capital structure and working capital management. He has published papers in various ABDC quality and scopus indexed journals.

Farooq Ahmad Shah is Professor and Dean, School of Business Studies, Central University of Kashmir, India. He has teaching and research experience of around 35 years. Besides authoring 7 books, he has written around 40 research papers published in various journals of national and international repute.
