Autorenporträt
Cherrie was a mother, wife, artist, teacher, writer, cancer fighter, and most importantly a born again believer in Jesus Christ. Over the 20 plus years she walked with Jesus this side of Heaven, the Lord allowed Cherrie to serve Him in a variety of capacities. Although she was always the first to say she drew especially close to the Lord in the midst of going through cancer. "Even though it's been a difficult road," she would remark. "I wouldn't trade having cancer for anything." Cherrie saw the Lord and people with such a godly perspective. Her desire to be ministered to by the Word of God and then minister to the lost and those suffering in the body of Christ grew even even more so throughout her last few years. I pray that each page shines with the comfort, joy, peace, grace, and truth of the Lord Jesus Christ, encouraging each and every reader to draw closer to the Good Shepherd. No matter whether you're on the mountain or in the valley, the Lord has promised to never leave or forsake us. What an amazing and comforting God we serve! (Bio written by Flynn Huseby, Cherrie's husband of 18 years.)
