Florence Ndibuuza has a Bachelor of Arts with Education and a Master of Arts in Educational Policy and Planning from Makerere University, Uganda. She has worked in the education arena for eight years. She is currently working as a Lecturer with African Rural University Kibaale in South Western Uganda.
