Francisco A .Rivera was born in Sonora, Mexico and immigrated to the United States as a young child with his Family. He grew up and went to the schools in Douglas Arizona. He served in the US Navy during the Viet Nam war and Graduated from the University of Arizona. He worked as a Social worker and in the Educational field until his retirement. He now resides with his wife in Tucson Arizona.
