Biographical Notes for Frank Haynes Frank Haynes was born in a very small town of Helena, Arkansas on August 26, 1982. Frank, went to Central High School where he was introduce to poetry in the eleventh grade year. From then on, he started studying other poets, and their aspects of the world as well as their surroundings. But his dreams are to become one of the first black poets of all times. Around 2004, he was inspired to pursuit his professional career in writing poetry and promoting his first book of poetry called The Chapter.
