In her private practice, she integrates mindfulness and psychotherapy in treatment. She is an artist, social media butterfly, and blog author of 108 Zen Books. Frank Musten, PhD is a Clinical Psychologist and co-founder of the Ottawa Mindfulness Clinic where he developed and teaches Mindfulness for Burnout Resiliency. His work includes treatment of Canadian military service members for Operational Stress Injuries. Frank is co-author of the Sangha Arana blog, is a passionate cyclist, and voracious reader. Joan Halifax, PhD (Foreword) is a Medical Anthropologist, Buddhist teacher, and founder of Upaya Zen Institute in Santa Fe, NM. She is the author of several books and director of Being with Dying, a training program for health care professionals working in palliative care.
