Dr.Gerard Mutumba is a Ugandan by descent.He obtained a Bachelors degree in Science from the University of Dar-es-Salam Tanzania and a PhD from University of Wales U.K.He is Associate Professor of Botany at Makerere University.F.Kisembo is a Ugandan by nationality.He is a part-time lecturer in the College of Education ,Makerere University,Uganda.
