Ms. Kibata is a Lecturer in the Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management at Karatina University. She holds a MSc. degree in Applied Human Nutrition from the University of Nairobi and a BEd. degree from Kenyatta University. She has specialised in sports nutrition and is looking to pursue PhD studies in sports nutrition and tourism in Kenya.
