Dr.G.Praveen Kumar is a Junior Analyst in Drug Control Administration of Government of Andhra PRadesh, India. He is a Doctorate from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India and a DAAD Fellow. Dr.S.Desai, is a Principal Scientist at CRIDA, Indian Council of Agricultural Research, Govt.of India since 1987. He is a DAAD Fellow & has 145 publications.
