This essay on the dynamics of the evolution of the blacksmith group of Mogode rebuilds their history and shows their present situation in a simple description and analysis of their daily life and their feelings about who they are.

Born in Bafoussam in Cameroon, after his master in rural sociology at the University of Nagaoundéré, Kodji Gamache Thomas is allowed at the University of Tromsø in Norway to study Visual Anthropology. After two years he produced a documentary film and defend a thesis. His studies are crowned by a Master.
