Along with the issues of economic development in the Republic of Uzbekistan, serious attention was paid to such issues as the radical improvement of the culture of life of the population, the organization of leisure time, the full satisfaction of their growing spiritual needs. In particular, it was important to ensure that the human mind is in proportion to today's level of development, to be able to do great creative work as a true citizen of a free and prosperous country. This required socio-cultural activity in the society. Because it is an institutional mechanism of ideological and educational activity, it is an important part of civil society and plays an important role in the social life of the people. Every society has its own cultural identity. As society changes, so does its culture, but so does its cultural development. It is systematically improved by the socio-cultural activities of the members of the society.
