Autorenporträt
Konstantinos Mantzaris was accepted as a doctoral (PhD) candidate at the University of Patras (Greece) at the Department of Business Administration with a doctoral dissertation on human resource management (HRM) at the age of 24. He was born in Patras (Greece) in 1992. He holds a master's degree in international business administration (IMBA) with a specialization in management with distinction from the Universita degli Studi Guglielmo Marconi of Rome (Italy) and a degree in business administration (BA) from the University of Patras at the Department of Business Administration. His scientific publications (papers) and research interests include HRM, business ethics, international business administration, leadership and management, policies, business strategy, and political economy. He has participated in international scientific conferences and academic seminars. He has significant experience in academia conducting university lectures in the field of HRM and labor relations, business strategy, and international business administration and as an academic seminar coordinator in the field of economics and management. Additionally, he has more than 500 publications of articles in media as author and contributor since 2010.
