Autorenporträt
Kathleen Fenaughty, a true New England native, has cultivated a rich tapestry of experiences. Armed with a Master's in Literature and Art from Wesleyan University, as well as dual Masters from Princeton Theological Seminary, she holds a Doctorate in Medical Humanities from Drew University. Beyond academia, Kathleen is a skilled Kripalu yoga instructor and a revered Reiki Master, teacher, and trainer. Kathleen's literary journey took root with her inaugural work, 'Under Thunder Mountain, ' a series sparked by her courageous battle against cancer. Opting for an unconventional path, she achieved remission--a leap of faith that resonates within her writing. Her ardor for spreading positive love and luminous energy emanates through her media presence and creative compositions. Having orchestrated, hosted, and produced sixty-plus episodes for a local TV series named 'Your Best You, ' Kathleen delves into self-love, self-care, and holistic connections across mind, body, and spirit, sharing invaluable insights for inner equilibrium. Nestled in her haunted New England abode, Kathleen shares space with her loyal Chihuahua and a companion dedicated to Husky sled dog rescue. Though her cherished Ragdoll cat duo, Merlin and Shiva, recently ventured beyond, their ethereal presence graces her--sometimes, their calming purrs caress her senses. Kathleen's essence thrives in sunrise and sunset reveries, daily meditations, lunar rhythms, and nurturing fairy gardens. Her Celtic spirit finds solace in waterfront moments, a testament to her profound connection with nature's embrace.
