Kathryn Glaspey has a B.S. in biochemistry and psychology as well as over 10 years experience in dance training and 5 years of teaching dance and flexibility. She is also a dancer, performer, coach and sufferer of multiple sclerosis and endometriosis. Her vast background in science and movement gives her a unique advantage, being able to look at the nervous system and immune system responses to training as well as the musculoskeletal system and biomechanics.
