Katie comes from Auckland, New Zealand. She has two Master's degrees, one in Language Teaching and Linguistics, and one in TESOL. She also has Cambridge CELTA and Trinity TYLEC, and has taught in several countries over the years. She currently teaches in a university in Japan.
