It is rare to find an expert in learning and development who also has a deep knowledge of manufacturing systems, culture and complexity. The owner of Building Giants, LLC, Katy Caselli has her masters degree in industrial/organizational psychology and specializes in helping companies gain an edge over the competition through talent.
