Decreased exposure to P.falciparum infection had no significant impact on antibodies levels as the primigravidae show higher levels of MSP119 reactive antibodies. Target antigen function in protect against neonatal malaria remain to be sequences of MSP1 to be involve in detected, one of this antigen is P. falciparum.
