The author Kazi Arifuzzaman is serving as a Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Law,Justice & Parliamentary Affairs,Government of Bangladesh.He did LL.B(Hon's) & LL.M from the University of Dhaka,Bangladesh.He also obtained LL.M (with distinction) in International Maritime law from IMO-International Maritime Law Institute(IMLI), Malta in 2011.
