Many researches are available, so far, regarding the application of Cattell's 16 PF test for the improvement in good level of Personality. It is felt that very few experimental studies are being conducted by researchers to Survey one's personality using questionnaire methods. Consistent with these aspirations the present study is aimed at collecting scientific evidence and improves the knowledge and understanding of those who construct test, those who construct tests and those who mostly ponder over the meaning and utility of test scores. The aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship of Physical Education Teachers and Personality factors. The researcher has arrived at a clearest understanding of the relationship of personality and physical education teachers in their proper perspectives. The results obtained in this investigation are encouraging and recommend the efficacy of these tests.

Dr. Kailas K. Asai pursued B.A., B.P.Ed., M.P.Ed., M.Phil. and Ph.D. at the University of Mumbai. As a Scholar he completed Ph.D with the theme of Development of HRPF Norms. Dr. Asai is an Assistant Professor in Physical Education at B.P.C.S¿s College of Physical Education, Mumbai. He has contributed to many National & International Journals.
