Kaitlin's love for Notre Dame began in childhood when her parents would sing her the Notre Dame fight song as a lullaby. She met her husband, John, while obtaining her bachelor's degree from Notre Dame. After a career in sales and marketing with a global winery, Kaitlin and her soon-to-be family of seven are now living back in the South Bend area. One of her favorite things about living so close to campus is early morning visits to the Grotto with her wonderful husband and a hot coffee while their children chase squirrels ahead of them in pj's. Fun Bonus Fact: Murphy was a real dog who lived at Notre Dame full-time for two years with Kaitlin's brother, Ryan, and sister, Clare. Kaitlin's other sister, Molly, also graduated from Notre Dame. Kaitlin's youngest sibling, Jack, is currently attending the University of Illinois, and Kaitlin excitedly awaits tales of Murphy's exploits on the U of I campus, as well.
