Ltd, (IOCL) Suggestion Scheme which goes on to detail analysis of its scope, procedure, evaluation, award system etc. & compared with suggestion schemes of various other organisations. Various eligibility & disqualification criterias for suggestions area showcased & methods of evaluation for calculating rewards is shown with solved example & also real scenarios are brought with the help of Annexures I to V. The analysis should help shed some light on this new and exciting HR area, and should be especially useful to professionals in Management fields, or anyone else.
