The main objective of conducting this research study is to find out the relationship between total quality management (TQM) practice and continuous improvement of project management in Pakistan (CIPMP). Through detailed literature review of project management and TQM frameworks, five hypotheses are purposed on how CIPMP is affected by TQM elements. A survey is collected through questioner method and all the respondents are currently involved in the projects. For validation of these hypotheses the sample size is about 213. The results of study suggest that some of the TQM elements from both hard' and soft' TQM elements have a significant and positive relationship with CIPMP. But others have positive relation with CIPMP but not significant. Information and data analysis is the most influential element that has a greater impact on CIPMP.
