This book is one of my research approaches in the field of microbiology from the interest to know about the status of local and hybrid seeds to different fungal pathogens. I established a transparent comparison among the selected local and hybrid varieties of lentil seed in this research on the basis of analyzing few fundamental factors reflecting their in vitro germination and their tendency to have fungal infection. This research resolves the ever debating issue in germination and fungal infection among the local and hybrid lentil seed varieties.
