Ph.D. in Anthropology and LLB (both from Pondicherry University, India), M.A. (Social Work) and Diploma in personnel Management & Labour Welfare both from University of Madras, India. He is Currently working as an Associate professor in the centre for Adult and Continuing Education, Pondicherry University.
