Nancy Hatch and Karen Baxter have been working with dogs for over 30 years. Nancy is the founder of Good as Gold K9 School. She also has been breeding delightful Golden Retrievers for over 16 years. Her Golden, Beamer, is from the first litter of pups Nancy helped bring into this world. Karen Baxter also loves Golden Retrievers. She has been working with dogs for over 20 years and as a full-time dog trainer with Nancy at Good as Gold for the past 5 years. Together, Nancy and Karen have created a series of stories to help children learn all about dogs. Each one is told through the eyes of Nancy's dog, Beamer.
