Karleen Ross is a wife, mother and entrepreneur. She is a certified Life Coach and Speaker, passionate about mental health and inspiring positive change. Ross is the founder and president of a not for profit foundation which hosts events to raise funds and awareness used for the betterment of supporting mental health within her local community. Ross continues to be a voice of inspiration and uses her platform to speak to youth and young adults about the importance of recognizing mental illness and promoting physical and mental well being. She looks forward to sharing her story on a global stage. Private and group coaching is the centre of her practice where her proven skills and carefully crafted program, creates tremendous results and success for her clients.
