Produktbeschreibung
This book is compilation of my graduate research work
done at New York University with Professor Tamar
Schlick. Specifically, work described in this book
explores at an atomically detailed level large-scale
conformational transitions involved in the nucleotide
insertion pathways of high and low fidelity DNA
polymerases. Insights into dynamics of polymerases
provides a link between available static structural
information and macroscopic kinetic data and help
understand fidelity mechanisms.

In general scientists who wish to apply modeling and
simulation to investigate dynamics of complex
biomolecules may benefit from the description of
interesting problems and computational approaches
covered in the book.

Karunesh Arora is postdoctoral associate in Chemistry at
University of Michigan. Prior to this he held a postdoctoral
position at The Scripps Research Institute. He did his graduate
work at New York University in the area of Biomolecular simulations.

Tamar Schlick is Professor of Chemistry, Mathematics and Computer
Science at New York University.
