Autorenporträt
Kenneth G. Bate is a father of two, married to Kathy and living on a 7-acre farmstead in Nebraska, where the elements of imagination came together and The Funnimals were born. Drawing on his memories of how kids played when he was a child and how that innocent playtime is missing from today's world, Ken hopes that The Funnimals will help teach children that playing together in the fresh air will enrich their lives and the lives of those around them. Ken has written screenplays and is currently working on a thriller novel, as well as preparing the second book in the Funnimals series--Funnimals and the Rainbow of Gold. He continues to draw on the real life experiences of the countryside, with the antics of the farm animals playing a big part in his storylines.
