The Author is Assoc. Prof. in International Economy at Al¿Nahrain University. He has earned BSc degree in Economy, B.Sc degree in English Languages, M.Sc degree in International Economy, and PhD in International Economy. His research interests are concentrated on Energy Economics Field, he published two books and more than (110) papers and essays.
