Khin Thandar Oo studied law in Yangon University and obtained LLB Degree, DML and DBL Diploma. she has been awarded the Degree of Master of Laws in International Maritime Law in IMLI(Malta) in 2006. She has worked as a legal officer of Department of Marine Administration and has been involved Maritime Affairs and drafting of Maritime Legislation.
