Due to the high growth in demand for the use of fossil fuel in today's world has left us with no choice but to look into alternative sources for coping with the demand and one such alternative is the Bio-Diesel. Internal Combustion engines are using petroleum fuel at a high rate in the present time, moreover the noticeable increase in the population of the whole world and their continuous demand for a lot of vehicles, modernization and urbanization has emphasized upon using alternative unending source that is biodiesel. In this article, different blends of biodiesel produced from newly designed automatic biodiesel plant have been studied. During esterification process various speeds were applied by using self-controlled servo motor and settlement time was observed and found changed on speed. Comparative study of the blends for chemical and mechanical properties such as kinematic viscosity, density, flash point and calorific value were also studied and found changed depending on speed of rotation.
